Tutors in the Orbitutors database should be contacted ONLY for hiring purposes by potential students. Students in the Orbitutors database should be contacted ONLY by tutors seeking to market their services. Other entities are prohibited to contact registered tutors or students for any reason whatsoever. Legal action will be taken against violators.
3. User’s Relationship with Orbitutors
Nothing herein shall be interpreted to create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between the user (tutor or student) and Orbitutors.
4. User’s Information Disclosure and Truthfulness
Users agree to disclose personal information, such as name, subjects of interest, education, teaching approach and similar information which will be publicly available. The user understands and claims that all the information provided is true to his/her best knowledge.
5. Background Checks
Orbitutors does not screen, train or certify the users listed in our database. Orbitutors in no way guarantees the validity of information associated with each user. The information provided on each user is provided without warranties on an “as is” basis. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONDUCT ALL BACKGROUND CHECKS.
6. Use of Profanities
Use of profane language for any reason whatsoever is not allowed and will result in getting banned from the web site.
7. User Age
Users younger then 18 years must obtain permission of a parent/legal guardian before registering and contacting tutors/students.
8. Termination
Access to the website can be denied to any user for breach of Terms of Use, as well as other reasons, such as inappropriate use of service. Orbitutors reserves the right to deny service to any new or current user for any reason.

Orbitutors.com may provide hyperlinks to third-party web sites as a convenience to users of the Web Site.
